  Singer-songwriter Alessandro has a warm, effortless voice with an unusually wide range and a refreshing approach to his singing that can be easily heard in the songs he writes. His music is romantic, guitar - pop influenced, tinged with pain and loneliness and enriched by sounds of classic strings and piano.
  
  Alessandro was born in Macerata, a small province in central Italy.
  He is a graphic artist, cartoonist and illustrator and has been drawing since he was barely old enough to hold a pencil. He has worked in the theatre, behind the scenes and on stage, starring in theatrical productions of Shakespeare and Ibsen.
  Alessandro's love of music began in early childhood. He began playing the guitar at 12 and composing songs at age 14, choosing to write his lyrics in English. The English language continues to fascinate him and he prefers it over Italian as a means of expressing his personal and deeply felt ideas, reflections, observations and emotions.
  
  His search for a good voice teacher took him to Marianna Brilla of the New Voice Studio in Osimo, near Ancona. Motivated at this time to compose several new songs and encouraged by his newly acquired vocal freedom and security, he moved to London, to take the professional plunge and to introduce his own particular brand of vital and passionate sound to the music scene.
  
  Alessandro is an active and creative composer, drawing from his own experiences as well as the world around him. His songs deal primarily with intimate human relationships – the frustrating and painful nature of attraction, love and betrayal, the fragile relationships between fathers and sons, friendship and loss.
